Due to strict confidentiality covenants, names are modified or generalized, but these reflect actual corporate and family office commissions executed by our biographers.
Triggered by a transition to fourth-generation leadership, this commission preserved the family's founding values from 1936. We restored and digitized 90 years of hand-woven textile blueprints, early ledger books, and correspondence, conducting oral history interviews with 12 family elders to author a definitive 400-page dynastic chronicle.
Triggered by IPO preparations and rapid executive onboarding, this commission captured the founders' legendary growth arc from a single-excavator construction team in 2004 to a national transport infrastructure force. We recorded 18 oral histories from early builders and digitized engineering diaries to write a 220-page linen monograph codifying the operational values that built their enterprise.
Timed with their centennial anniversary, this commission established an authoritative heritage archive and monograph. We digitized over 800 historical land deeds, early architectural maps, and correspondence, recording oral histories with 15 retired chief engineers to document their defining impact on the city's architectural skyline.
A beautifully printed company biography is the ultimate symbol of permanence. It signals institutional scale, resilience, and industry longevity to enterprise clients, prospective partners, and global markets.
As enterprises scale, the cultural nuances of early-day triumphs risk being diluted. We document the critical breakthroughs, pivots, and core ethics in a textbook format, cementing your DNA for future generations.
For family-led businesses transitioning to second and third-generation leadership, we build a seamless bridge. Ensure that the founder's struggle, governing principles, and vision remain the guiding light.
Below we address the operational, security, and editorial standards expected of a high-ticket publishing registry.
We deploy senior corporate biographers, oral historians, and research archivists matching your industry background. Every team lead has at least 15 years of narrative non-fiction or business journalism credentials. You meet and approve your lead biographer before research commences.
Every project is bound by a strict bilateral NDA executed prior to the exchange of any records or oral interviews. Drafts, transcript files, and raw video footage are hosted on secure, offline-capable encrypted local storage systems. No portion of the text is ever shared, indexed, or publicized without explicit written board clearance.
A standard monograph commission takes between 24 and 28 weeks. The primary founder or subject is asked for 10 to 40 hours of interview time, which can be scheduled over several weeks. All other research, archive scanning, indexing, drafting, and binding is managed entirely by our team.
Bespoke commissions begin at ₹75,000. Unlike recurring agency fees (e.g., a standard PR agency retainer that expires monthly), a legacy monograph is a permanent, capital-yielding asset that codifies your thought leadership, corporate memory, and investor trust for over 200 years.
Yes. While a standard commission includes five (5) custom-bound leather volumes in silk clamshell cases, we maintain your digital archives and print plates securely. You retain the right to print additional volumes through Imprint Legacy or any third-party printer at your sole discretion.
You do. While Imprint Legacy retains authority on matters of typesetting and binding aesthetics, complete copyright ownership of the compiled narrative manuscript, digitized archives, and the edited cinematic documentary is transferred in full to your company upon receipt of the final milestone payment.
"Your company history is more than a marketing asset. It is the definitive constitution of your corporate longevity."
